In today’s digital age and technology savvy consumers, leveraging customer relationships has never been more important…and effective! For Metro, we were mandated to build and design multiply themed emails to leverage past AIR MILES® reward program campaigns and to continue in establishing the communications between Metro and its customer following. Each communication was based on customer profile and preference,ensuring what was being offered was what was desired and wanted. Leveraging customer relationships is all about adding value!
