Mandate

It’s all about engagement today, and in this case, engagement means adherence. As a patient, in order to treat a disease, you need to be compliant and you need to be ‘engaged’ towards making that happen. The mandate involved: name ideation, logo development and patient journey treatment program. For the Jublia toe nail fungus treatment, we developed and created a consistent and “holistic” Patient Care Program for patients; all the resources and communications to promote this new entity to the medical community and patients via phone, mail, text and email.
